Private offices
Lockable, furnished rooms for real teams rather than a desk in an open landscape. Rooms in several sizes, from a couple of founders upwards, and desk space as an entry option if you are not there yet.
Private offices, workshop and prototype facilities in the heart of the Odense robotics cluster. Move in, plug in and get back to building.
The idea
Ordinary office hotels are designed for laptops. Robotics companies need somewhere to assemble, test, solder, repair and iterate on physical products.
REInvest RoboHouse rents private office rooms with everything included: furniture, internet, water, heat, electricity and meeting rooms. A small team can move in and start working the same week. That much is borrowed from the best of Danish coworking, and the model owes something to CoWorking Plus here in Odense.
What makes RoboHouse different is the rest of the building. A workshop. A soldering station. An epoxy lab. The kind of facilities a hardware team normally has to beg, borrow or postpone until it can afford its own premises, available from the first day.
And the REInvest team works from the same building, in the middle of the Odense robotics cluster.

What you get
Two things come with an office at RoboHouse: a ready-to-use workplace and hardware facilities you would otherwise have to build yourself.
Lockable, furnished rooms for real teams rather than a desk in an open landscape. Rooms in several sizes, from a couple of founders upwards, and desk space as an entry option if you are not there yet.
Space, benches and tools for assembling and testing robots. Bring the prototype in, run it, break it, fix it, without booking a facility somewhere else.
A permanently set-up soldering station for board bring-up, rework and repairs, and a separate epoxy lab for casting, potting and composite work.
Bookable meeting rooms for customer demos, investor meetings and workshops, plus a kitchen and lounge for everyday collaboration.
Internet, water, heat and electricity are included in the rent. One predictable monthly cost, no separate contracts and no waiting for an installation date.
The Danish frokostordning: a shared daily lunch for the whole house. It remains one of the simplest investments an office can make in community.
Robotics neighbours come with the building. Other robotics and hardware teams work here, and so does the REInvest team.
Availability & pricing
Desk space starts at DKK 2,000 a month. Private offices are priced by size and availability, so the right number depends on how many of you there are and how much floor and test space you need.
What is free changes through the year, so we would rather tell you what is actually available this month than publish a table that is out of date by the time you read it.
Write to us with your team size, what you are building, the kind of space you need and when you would like to move in. You will get room options, what is included and the monthly rent for each.

The space
Around 1,000 m² of offices and another 1,000 m² of factory floor across two buildings, arranged so that the distance from your desk to a bench is a few steps.
Upper-floor office room
Private, lockable rooms with daylight, furnished and ready to work in. Big enough for a team and its whiteboard, small enough that rent does not eat the runway.
Workshop hall
Benches, tools and floor space for assembling and testing robots. The heart of the house, and the reason most residents choose it.
Hall with mezzanine
An electronics bench for soldering and rework, and a separate epoxy lab for casting, potting and composite work. Two facilities that quietly decide how fast a hardware team can iterate.
Glazed communal room
Rooms for the conversations that matter, customers, investors and boards, plus a kitchen and lounge where the whole house eats lunch together.
Community
You can rent an office anywhere. What you cannot rent anywhere is a corridor full of people who have already solved the problem in front of you.

Everyone in the house eats together through the frokostordning. Half an hour a day where a mechanical engineer, a controls person and a first-time CEO end up at the same table. That is where most of the genuinely useful advice gets exchanged.
Residents are robotics and hardware teams at comparable stages. Suppliers, certification bodies, freight forwarders, contract manufacturers: someone here has already dealt with yours.
Our own team works from RoboHouse. Being a resident is a tenancy and nothing more. It carries no investment, no advisory agreement and no obligation in either direction, but it does mean the people who back robotics companies are down the hall.
Odense holds one of the world's leading robotics ecosystems: more than 150 robotics companies and some 8,400 people, plus a network of test facilities, integrators and specialist suppliers built up over two decades.
The University of Southern Denmark is minutes away. Student projects, thesis collaborations and graduate hires are a short bicycle ride rather than a relocation package.
Meeting rooms and workshop space get used for demos, customer visits and informal sessions between residents.
Location
Close to the university, close to the motorway, with a forest on the doorstep.
